Work Description :

LDRA Last Date of Receipt of Application for Tender Document  26 07 2012 up to 16 30 Hrs. and  TOD  Tender Opening Date  08 08 2012 at 14 30 Hrs.TERM CONTRACT  for  Plumbing  and Sanitary Works in all Buildings inside MSFy, Ishapore

Pre-Qualification :

Valid   Registration  Certificate  with  Ordnance  Fys,  Railways,  MES,  CPWD, COD,
      PWD, or other Government or Semi Government to be  produced, in the  Registration  
     Certificate the EMPANELMENT category  financial limit of  work  must be  indicated.
2.   Experience of having successfully completed similar works such as Construction or
      Maintenance of Civil works during last 7  years ending last day of month previous to 
      the one in which applications are invited should be either of  the  following
 I .  Three similar completed  works costing  not less  than  the amount equal  to 40  per cent  
      of  the  Estimated Cost.  or
 II . Two  similar completed works  costing  not less than the amount equal to 50  per cent 
       of the Estimated   Cost.  or
III.  One  similar completed  work costing not less than the  amount equal  to  80  per cent 
       of  the  Estimated  Cost.  
      As the credential Certificate work completion certificate along with work order both to 
      be furnished.
3.   Sales Tax or VAT Registration as per VAT  Rule  2005  and  time  to time  Firms VAT 
      return paying  proof to be submitted.
4.   The  Bank  solvency  certificate of the  Firm  to  be  submitted  for the  average annual  
      financial  turnover  during 3 years  ending  31  March  2012 which should be at  least  
      30 per  cent  of  Estimated Tender Value.

The Tender Documents  shall be available  from Engineering  Office  of  MSFy, Ishapore  on  payment  of  Rs. 500  Rupees Five Hundred only in the form of either Crossed IPO in  favour of General Manger  MSFy, Ishapore or Bank Draft  drawn  on  service   branch,  Kolkata  in  favour  of General Manger  MSFy, Ishapore during any working days of the  Factory. The Document Cost / Tender Fees  are  Non Refundable. The DD or BD  bearing  date  prior  to  the  date  of Tender Notice may not be accepted.

Firm may down load the TENDER DOCUMENT from  WEBSITE and may directly submit duly filled TENDER DOCUMENT to  METAL AND STEEL FACTORY, ISHAPORE, Dist. NORTH 24 PARGANAS WEST BENGAL  before 14 30 Hrs.  on  8th August 2012 along with application, tender Fee amounting  Rs. 500  in DD or BD or IPO in favour of General Manager, Metal and Steel Factory, Ishapore. Along with the quotation attested copies of aforesaid  requisite papers are to be submitted without which application will not be considered and no correspondence afterwards will be entertained. The technically and commercially lowest tender will be considered for awarding the contract, if the quoted price is found to be reasonable. The General Manager reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason.
