Work Description :

Design, Manufacture, Supply, Dismantling of existing Rail, DSL and Crane. Erection and Commissioning of  One no. 20 5 ton Capacity, Class-IV, Outdoor Duty, Double Box Girder, Floor Operated EOT Crane alongwith accessories, Gantry rails, DSL and Spares as per MSF Scope of Work on TURNKEY BASIS.Please see the tender document for more details at specified website i.e. www.ofbeproc.gov.in

Pre-Qualification :

Only Electronic submission of offer with valid Digital Signature Certificate  Class III through specified website i.e. www.ofbeproc.gov.in is acceptable.
2.   Submission of documents for Financial capability i.e. Balance Sheet, Income Tax Certificate, Profit and Loss Accounts etc. for Last 3 years as attachment in PDF format.
3.  Technical Leaflet or printed catalogue and write  up include basic design and engineering of the offered equipment should be submitted either as attachment in PDF Format and hard copy should be directly forwarded to the Purchaser.
4.    Performance Certificates of the firms (preferably Central or State Govt. or reputed Private Firms etc.) where the similar equipment have already been installed in last 5 years, to be uploaded in PDF Format and hard copy should be directly forwarded to the Purchaser.
5.   Submission of Tender Fee of Rs. 1000.00 (non-refundable) in the form of Demand Draft or Bankers Cheque in favour of The General Manager, Metal & Steel Factory, Ishapore alongwith with offer, besides Earnest Money Deposit of requisite amount as mentioned in tender document.  The valid documents to be uploaded and original to be received at Purchasers end within the scheduled opening date of the tender.
6.     Affidavit that the bidder has never been banned.
7.    Copy of valid Certificate of Registration, if registered with DGSandD or NSIC or KVIC or Purchasing Department etc., to be uploaded and to be received at Purchasers end within the scheduled opening date of the tender.
8.     Valid ISO registration Certificate, if any.
9.    Facilities available for manufacture, testing and inspection as per National or International standard.  Incase of capacity of bidder has been assessed by a national International Agency, the copy of the same may also be furnished.
10.   Copy of agreement with the manufacturer , in case the bidder is not original manufacturer of the equipment (OEM).   Complete address, fax and phone no. of the OEM to be provided. The bidder will provide undertaking to fulfill all the contractual obligations including Guarantee-Warranty
