Work Description :

Bituminous Road From Out Gate to Dispensary at OEFH

Pre-Qualification :

1.Average Annual financial turnover of firm during last 3 years, ending 31st  March of the previous financial year, should be at least 30% of the estimated cost. 
2.Firm  must have experience of successfully completed similar works during last 7 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which applications are invited should either of the following
a)Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost  OR
b)Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost   OR
c)One similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost, in various Govt. Deptt. (List of work orders must be submitted)
3. Firm must submit solvency certificate issued by DM of his native District for immovable property.
4.Firm must submit character certificate issued by DM of his native District.
5. Firm must submit performance report issued by Govt.deptt. where firm has executed civil work. 6. The Firm must submit registration certificate for civil work (Class A to F) of any Govt. Deptt.
7. Firm must submit certificate of nationality.(Domicile certificate of proprietor/all partners)
8. 3 Photographs attested by Gazetted officer of proprietor/all partners).
 9. Firm must submit Copy of Pan Card & Registration of Trade tax deptt..
10. Firm shall have to certify on Stamp-paper of value Rs 10.00 that till date it has not     been debarred from any Govt. Deptt. Where work already has been executed by firm. 
11. If Firm is in partnership, must be submitted partnership deed registered by registrar office.
12. Firm must submit audited balance sheet of firm for last 3 years. 
Note (1)The bidders should submit all the above mentioned documents which are essential along with the application, failing which Tender Document shall not be issued to the bidders.
