Work Description :

Laying of  8 10 PVC CI  and 6 DI pipe line on kaimri road hisar an all other work contingent thereto

1Tender form will be issued on production of proof having deposited the amount of earnest money in the shape of deposit at call/ DD payable at Hisar along with attested photocopy of enlistment/renewal for the current year.
2. In addition to recoveries as per Govt. rules, 1% Cess on account of labour cess will be deducted  from each bill.
3.The issue of tender form will be stopped 48 hours before opening of tender.
4.Conditional/telegraphic postal tenders will not be accepted.
5. Other terms & conditions contract drawing etc. can be seen in the office of the undersigned on any working day during office hours.
6. Undersigned shall have the right to reject all or any of the tenders without assigning any reasons.
7.Tender will be received on next working day if there is any holiday on the fixed date.
8.Tender to co-operative L/C society will only be issued on production of attested copy of resolution duly signed by the Inspector/Sub Inspector.
9.The time for receiving the tenders will be 3.00 P.M. 
10 If the contractor gets tender form but he does not submit the same on opening day of tender, suitable action will taken against the defaulting contractor.
